Enthusiastic and lively innkeeper, Beverlee Cook, thrives to make Apple Hill Inn, located in the Woodstock/Quechee, Vermont area, the bees knees. Beverlee has spent over 34 years devoted to old-fashioned hospitality, consistently receiving a five-star guest rating. From every bedroom and the three spacious sitting rooms, comfort, quality, country elegance and spectacular views abound and make Apple Hill Inn a “touch of heaven”. The Inn is meticulously and tastefully decorated, void of kitsch and clutter. The Atrium and Veranda offer unparalleled comfort to read, relax and visit or just be mesmerized by the view. Bev’s bright and airy kitchen is open for guests to chat, have coffee or take a seat on Ginger’s couch; while Bev creates a bountiful, healthy, hearty breakfast buffet. The focus for Bev and her team is that all who come leave refreshed from the hustle and bustle of every day stress. Ginger
Ginger is quite possibly the best kept secret of Apple Hill Inn. She loves nothing more than greeting guests and rolling onto her back in hopes of getting her tummy scratched.
